So sad to hear of Jerry's passing but so grateful for all of his many contributions to the Anaheim Elementary School District and the Anaheim Community. He was active and involved right till the end which is what you would expect from Jerry. I admired his leadership style combining logic, getting to the bottom of issues, fairly considering all sides, always dealing with everything calmly and always doing what was best for kids..A true leader and a true friend my deepest condolences to Eva and the family. Jerry will definitely be missed.

Beginning from being a colleague I met at work years ago, Jerry and his beautiful family became our family's role model for modern Jewish life. Joining them in Anaheim each year for the most meaningful Seders I have known, led by Jerry, became a cornerstone of our lives. The image of Jerry reclining at Seder is somehow seared into my brain. May he now recline in peace - leaving our family, and his family, to savor knowing the love for fellow men that was Jerry's signature gift to us all.

Jerry role modeled for me and others what I would call the Art of Giving. His inspiration was influential in my involvement at Temple Beth Emet and the Anaheim Police Volunteer Program. May his memory be for a blessing.
