Dear Frank: I was so sad to open my FB and see this notice. I never met Max but, from his photos, I saw a very kind man. I also saw from the photos you posted from exotic places that you "travelled well" together. He had a very hard journey for these past years, and you must be thankful on one level that his suffering is over ... even tho' it must be a terrible time for you. Frank, I am very sorry for your (and the Snow family) loss. Max and I knew each other from grade school into college. Occasionally we celebrated our birthdays together, mine being on the 5th and his on the 6th. We shared many happy times over those years. I’m very blessed that you and Max attended our class reunion this year. It was great seeing and talking with you both. I know that the love and memories you two shared will comfort you during this time and in the days to come.
Our prayers are with you and the Snow family.
I always have and will forever consider Max as one of my best friends.

Max and Frank were there for me and my best friend Kyle in one of our darkest hours. We were cold, wet, tired and hadn’t eaten. We were backpacking throughout Europe and happened to be in Bergan Norway at the time. Max and Frank stepped in and showed us tremendous amounts of kindness. We were complete strangers and they had it in there hearts to help us. They treated us to an amazing dinner and we couldn’t be more grateful. I will never forget the magnitude and amount of knowledge they both had and the words Max spoke. It was a pice of my life I will not forget and I try to act as they did for others. Max, thank you so much for the help you gave Kyle and I. It was a big gesture but an even bigger gesture to us. We will not forget it. Thank you.

Heartfelt condolences. My life is greater for having known Max. He was one of the very first production accountants I worked with and through him, I met Frank. Max gave me the opportunity to fly to Alaska to work on a Warner Brothers film which was an unforgettable life experience. I am grateful to Frank for keeping me up to date on the world travels and beautiful adventures of life with Max and Frank.
Kind, gentle, loving, generous, is how I will always remember Max.

I will never forget the day I met Max 22 years ago. From the first moment I met him I realized what a special person he was.
I was lucky to have both he and Frank in my life for so many years. The love they share inspired me to seek out the same in my life..they showed me that true love does exist and it is achievable. I watched them both carry each other through the good times and the tough situations. They never gave up and they did it together.
I learned so much from Max...especially when he was first diagnosed.
I admired his strength and courage as I watched him walk through this terrible disease.
He will always remain in a special place in my heart.
Max you will be missed for sure, but never forgotten. Rest In Peace my friend.
