Five years ago I met Jeannie when Geri-Anne hired me to de-clutter and help with her move to Atria. My experience with older folks was often (understandably) challenging. A stranger is going through your things, making decisions, and reorganizing your prized possessions. ...none of this fazed her. She knew exactly what she had, what was important, and what could be tossed. The process tired her out, but she was sharp as a tack. These type of milestones often bring out the worst in people. But she was gracious and appreciative. I'm sad that she's gone. The world has lost a wonderful, bright light.
