Paula put together an amazing spread for our son’s bar mitzvah at PJTC and, having learned of my dietary restrictions, then forever after ensured there was always a suitable dietary option available or set aside for me (Danny) at all future lunch events. We loved Paula’s good humor, positivity and kindness.
