I met you when you did my aunt Gisi’s trust and then you did my trust too. We became friends and even went to Las Vegas together. What fun that was. Somehow we lost contact over the years and I’m sorry for that. You were a very warm loving person. May your name be a blessing. You will be missed by all who knew you. Rest In Peace.

Dear Mom,
I was so fortunate to have been able to spend so much time with you and be able to help you in any way I could. I loved watching movies with you until the early morning hours and you always guessed the outcome of every story before it was revealed. I was so blessed to witness your strength while being able to be with you in and out of emergency rooms, hospitals, surgeries, and doctor's appointments; all while you still helped your clients achieve their goals and played cards with your beloved friends. You kept fighting no matter what and overcame hurdle after hurdle. You are everyone's hero Mom and always my amazing mother! The biggest gift I ever received was being your daughter and having you as my mother, my best friend. May you rest in peace; God has you in his keeping and I have you in my heart. I know it won't be forever my angel and protector, until we meet again.
Love your daughter, Ashley xo

So sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. I lost my Mamacita (that’s what I called her) in 2018. She too would ALWAYS say “..this too shall pass”. My sincere condolences.

How do you put 50 years of memories down on paper - Friend first - Laughter - Cards - Children's sporting events - Tap dancing through several Punch & Judy Follies - Parties - Employer - So many memories, all of them amazing! Vilma was such a special lady. I will miss her. My world has been better because she was in my life.

Dear Grandma,
You are my favorite person. This loss will be a turning point, life without you. I wanted to share your memory here.
You were a dutiful daughter to Oma, a devoted wife to Grandpa, a supportive mother to your children, a doting grandmother to your grandkids, the best kind of friend to many, a dedicated attorney to those who sought your legal counsel and one hell of a card player.
In all aspects, you were great company. You had many friends and close relationships to your kids, I believe your were so liked by those in your life because of the positive affect your presence seemed to have on others. You were a calm force during moments of turbulence. You were reassuring, inquisitive, funny and caring. You gave great advice, your advice was often simple, honest and wise.
You loved traveling, both on land and sea, late night ice cream snacks, dinners watching Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy, dining with family & friends, playing cards, going to movies every weekend and Sundays at the swap meet. You loved Tina Turner & musicals as well as anything that gave your a good belly laugh (you often cried when laughed hard). You were an animal whisperer, animals just loved you (you loved Benny too, but he reallllly loved you). You were very stylish, but in a sort of cheeky, playful, colorful way. You loved statement fashion and jewelry which suited your general spirit for life. You enjoyed finding ways to fully enjoy life when you could.
Our relationship has been the most important one in my life. We spent so much quality time together throughout the stages of my life. You played and engaged in activities with me as a kid, supported my interests as a teenager and connected with me woman-to-woman as an adult. Whenever you had errands to run and places to go, you'd always include me just so we could spend time together, didn't matter what we were doing. You never missed a recital, even when I was out of state. Throughout those years you treated me like I was bright, talented and interesting, and that gave me some confidence in ways I can now recognize. You included my friends in our adventures, too. You were my bestfriend and in many ways, I think your relationship became the blueprint for friendship and unconditional love, my reference point for those values. I cannot thank you enough for the the role you played in my life and the generosity of your love.
I don't think your death is the end of our relationship, I have the comfort of so many memories and traditions (and you always documented with photos, so many photos, boxes and boxes of photos!). I am proud that you were my grandmother and friend and I hope I can continue to make your proud of me to as I try to follow in your footsteps.
I hope you are at peace, I believe you must be. I hope you are with Oma again too. I love you always and forever.

Marc, may you and your family please accept Marie's and my Deepest Sympathy and Condolences on the loss of your mother. She was a gracious, loving, personable, understanding and giving person. I still remember how she laughed when we told your parents that we thought of you as our Jewish son and we your Christian parents. May she rest in Heavenly Peace. Love Always, Marie and Joe

Dearest Vilma,
Although we never met, you must have been an intelligent woman filled with love & devotion. I have the pleasure of knowing your son, Marc. For someone to turn out to be the epitome of a giving, loving, caring soul that Marc is he must have had an excellent source of character to emulate. My sincere condolences to your family. I hope the memory of you helps them at this time. God bless you all. With love, Deborah

I was privileged to call Vilma "friend". I met Vilma and Jules on a 2 week cruise around South America. We became instant friends and shared many adventures on the cruise and happy times dining together nightly.
Our friendship continued to blossom after the cruise staying in touch . I got to met family members , visit their home, and visit Vilma and Jules in CA a number of times and shared a super bowl Sunday when they came to NYC.
Vilma was a mighty woman, ahead of her time, extremely intelligent, strong, wonderful wife and loving mother, generous, and kind.
I will miss Vilma. RIP my friend.
My sincere condolences to the Aaron's Family!

From Alice Zelden: As she was the unofficial Sister of Vilma Aarons.
One of my favorite memories is of the Times Vilma and I took the long drive to our favorite clothing store and spent hours trying on and buying new outfits. We left tired and happy at the end of our successful shopping adventure.
PS. If there are certain peoples e mail that were in our birthday group I can possibly send them to you. Just let me know
