Renee was fabulous, in every sense of the word. She was witty, she traveled the world, and she had impeccable style. Everyone who met her was impressed with her. But most of all, she loved her family. Nothing made her happier than seeing her children and grandson. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for them. She was so proud of each and every one of their successes.

Renee was born in New Jersey in 1929, but spent almost her entire life in Los Angeles. She graduated from Fairfax High School before attending UCLA. She went on to get a Master’s Degree from USC as well. She married Jay Cronenwalt in 1953, and they were married for 60 years before he passed away in 2013. She worked alongside Jay in fashion before spending time serving on and supporting countless nonprofits. She is survived by her two children, Steven and Nancy, and her grandson, Brandon.
