United States Air Force, Senior Airman (SrA) Carlen Naain Dawson Alan Hailey was born on October 24, 2002, to Carlton and Cecillia Hailey. Carlen was the youngest of four children and the baby boy. From birth, Carlen was a beacon of light full of enthusiasm and love. He was extremely smart, great at sports, and had also been a background actor. His favorite hobby was playing video games with his friends.  He brought so much joy to the world and had such a charismatic and loving spirit. He was full of personality and was always willing to be a helping hand to others. Carlen loved his family, his pets, and a good pair of sneakers. He loved to eat and was an excellent cook. In early Spring 2023, Carlen followed in the footsteps of his late grandfather, SSgt Otha Brooks Siglar, and enlisted in the United States Air Force. He was a proud Airman in our military and loved our country. On June 18, 2026, Carlen was tragically taken from this world unexpectedly. The void he leaves in the hearts of those he loved is unfathomable. We honor Carlen boldly and fiercely—our protector, hero, and friend.
